Picnic at the Arboretum

One of my favorite things to do with my girls is to pack a picnic and head outdoors. Sometimes it's just in our backyard, other times we head to the park, but one of our favorite spots is down the road at the Arboretum. We explore the beautiful grounds with hidden paths, a coy pond, and the most adorable little playhouse. The flowers are blooming all around us and we sit in the grass and enjoy our picnic together. This peice is bold in its color palette - like a garden in full bloom in the summer, even better when filled with children's laughter.
