How the Commission Process Works
1. Inquiry & Consultation
Start by reaching out through my contact form or email. Share your ideas, preferred colors, size, and any inspiration images. We’ll discuss your vision and what you’re hoping to achieve.
2. Quote & Agreement
Once we’ve clarified the details, I’ll provide a quote based on size, complexity, and materials. If you’re happy to proceed, I’ll send a simple agreement outlining the project scope, timeline, and payment terms.
3. Deposit & Scheduling
A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your spot in my schedule. I’ll confirm your estimated completion date and keep you updated throughout the process.
4. Creative Process
I’ll begin your artwork, sharing progress photos at key stages for your feedback. This ensures the piece is evolving in a direction you love.
5. Final Approval & Delivery
Once the artwork is complete, I’ll send final images for your approval. The remaining balance is due before shipping or delivery. Your finished piece will be carefully packaged and shipped to your address.

How long does a commission take?
Most commissions are completed within 4–8 weeks, depending on size and my current schedule. I’ll provide a timeline estimate before we begin.
Can I request specific colors or styles?
Absolutely! I encourage you to share your preferences, inspiration images, or even photos of your space. I’ll work with you to ensure the final piece fits your vision.
What sizes do you offer?
I offer a range of sizes, from small works to large statement pieces. Let me know your ideal dimensions, and I’ll advise on what’s possible.
How much does a commission cost?
Pricing depends on size, complexity, and materials. I’ll provide a clear quote after our initial consultation. Commissions typically start at $500 but ranges based on the size of the piece. Below is a list of prices for common and standard size pieces.
18x20: $375

Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin your commission. The balance is due upon completion, before delivery.
Can I see the artwork as it develops?
Yes! I’ll send progress photos at key stages and welcome your feedback to ensure you’re happy with the direction.
What if I want changes?
Minor adjustments are included during the process. Major changes after completion may incur additional fees, but I’ll always communicate clearly before proceeding.
Do you offer framing?
Yes! Framing can be done at an additional charge. Once the piece is complete, I can have your piece custom framed. I will involved in the selection process and am also happy to make suggestions based on what I think is best for the piece. Please allow for an additional 2 weeks for custom framing.
Where do you ship?
I currently ship anywhere in the United States. Shipping costs will be included in your quote.
What if I need the artwork by a specific date?
Please let me know your deadline when you inquire. I’ll do my best to accommodate, depending on my schedule.
